Hi there

I'm a passionate audioboo user, both for work and personal purposes. I have just switched from an iPhone to an Android handset. I'm afraid I'm having major issues with the app.

It worked for a week or so, but now I can't even get the app to load. On my Nexus S I get the error message:

The Application Audioboo (process fm.audioboo.application) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

I have deleted the app, shut down the phone, and then installed once agin. I keep on getting the same message. Any advice, please?

Thanks

Anyone got a solution or workaround for this please? Really frustrating that I can't use audioboo on my Android. The iPad has a poor mic.

    Thanks.

Great - many thanks. really appreciate this Mark.

The mic on the iPad is a little bassy. It would be great to get audioboo back on my Nexus phone.

    Great support, as always :)

    Hi Jason,

Please go to Settings->Applications->Manage Applications->Audioboo and then click on 'clear data', and 'clear cache'.

Please also check you have some room on your SD card for recordings.

If it continues to give you problems please tell me the time at which the crash occurred and we can track down which crash report is from you.

    Thanks.

    Hi there

I've just cleared the data and cache, yet still get the error. I've sent
the report at 12:55 with "from Jason" as the message.

Absolutlely no urgency on this, but would love to have ab back on my phone.

    Thanks

    Jason
