Recorded boos not uploading

I have students trying to Upload the boos they create. After publishing the uploads are failing. what can we do?

    Hi - do you get an error on going to the settings page? Are you behind a school proxy?

    After I hit publish, a message appears that says "upload failed..." This message continues to pop up over and over while the boo is in the upload area with the waves moving like it is trying to upload but never does.

    No error on settings page. .
    We are not behind a school proxy.

    I also get a message that says" Audioerror, The operation could not be completed"
