Is there a way to record more than one person on a boo? Such as an interview format...

Yes - you just move your phone mic closer to whoever is speaking - like you would with a normal microphone... (or am I missing something here?)

Not really - I mean, you could use something like Skype and record into a free programme like Audacity and upload via the website.
iPhones certainly don't allow you to record calls for privacy reasons.
