There is no app for windows mobile. We're only a small team and quite frankly it isn't viable to spend the time doing a WM app when Windows Phone 7 is so near.
If you only need to post audio, you can record on the device and email it to boomail. If you cant do that, use phoneboo via the telephone functionality on the phone.
To set up boomail, send a blank email to EDIT: ***@audioboo.fm. For phoneboo go to http://phoneboo.audioboo.fm
