How do I delete my account?
You’ll need to sign into your account on the website, and go
to your account settings. Once you’re there you’ll be
given the option of clicking “I want to delete my
account”. If you’re really sure you want to leave us
(and we’ll be sad to see you go) then go ahead and click
that.
Can I change the name of my account?
Log-in to your account at audioboo.fm, and go to your account
settings. The top option allows you to edit your username. Once
you’ve chosen your username you can only change it once, so
make sure you choose something that you’re happy with. You
can only change your username to something that isn’t already
being used by someone else. Once you’ve chosen your new name
click “submit” and you’re done. You’ll need
to use your new name to sign into Audioboo in future.
How can I change my password?
Log-in to your account at audioboo.fm, click on
“Settings”, then “My account settings”. You
will now be given the option to change your Audioboo password.
What if I’ve forgotten my password?
Visit audioboo.fm/amnesia and put in your username. We’ll
send details to the email address that you registered with us.
