Self-hosted wordpress sites (using the software downloaded from Wordpress.org) should be fine - you can just post our Flash widgets there directly or use the embed code in the html view when you post.

However, hosted wordpress.com sites won't allow you to post Flash there. This is a limitation of their approach. You can work around it using Wordpress's audio tags - you can obtain an mp3 link to one of your boos by visiting a boo page, right-clicking on the play button, and selecting Copy Link Address. eg -
